1. Return Window

We offer a 14-day return period for items in original, unopened, and unmounted condition. A 15% restocking fee applies to non-quality related returns.

2. Manufacturing Guarantee

If your order arrives damaged or exhibits manufacturing defects within 30 days of delivery, we provide a full refund or free replacement. In these cases, return shipping is fully covered by Joyooh.
